HL7 Singapore Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the HL7 Singapore Annual General Meeting will be held on 14 August 2009 (Friday) 6.30pm to 9.30pm at the NUS Kent Ridge Guild House, 9 Kent Ridge Drive (S) 119241.

The programme for the AGM is as follows:

6pm       Arrival and Welcome
6.30pm Network & Cocktail Reception
7.15pm Welcome to 2009 AGM and Networking Event
7.20pm Welcome & Annual Report

7.30pm Dinner starts
8.00pm Financial Report 
Treasurer, HL7 (Singapore), Mr Chan Hock Yan
8.30pm Proposal for amendment to the Constitution
9.00pm Election of new Executive Committee (2009/2010)
10.00pm Recognition & Luck Draw

Should quorum be met, a vote will be held for the following proposed amendments to the constitution - section 5.2 (c) :

• Membership will be based on each legal entity, and subsidiaries of a group do not automatically become a member.
• Corporate membership is NOT transferable

Please note:

1. This event is open to all Individual/Student/Corporate/Affiliate members of HL7 only.
2. Members who have yet to renew their membership can register and pay the membership fees on the day of the AGM. Payment is by cash or cheque.
3. Others who qualify for membership may register for the event and sign up as members before the AGM on payment of the membership fee.
4. Please register and confirm your attendance by 3 August 2009 via this Registration Link.
