Dear Member,
The HL7 Singapore Annual General Meeting was held on 19 August 2011, and in the early afternoon at Singtel auditorium.
The typical programme for the AGM is as follows:
Networking & Reception
Welcome & Annual Report by Chairperson, HL7 (Singapore).
Financial Report by the Treasurer, HL7 (Singapore).
Proposal for amendment to the Constitution
Election of new Executive Committee (2011/2012)
Nomination of proxy by each committee member
Speech by the elected Chairperson (2011/2012)
Presenting token of recognition to members for their contributions
Should quorum be met, a vote will be held for the proposed amendments to the constitution (if any).
Please note:
- This event is open to all Individual/Student/Corporate/Affiliate members of HL7 Singapore only.
- Members who have yet to renew their membership can register and pay the membership fees on the day of the AGM. Payment is by cash or cheque.
- Others who qualify for membership may register for the event and sign up as members before the AGM on payment of the membership fee.
- Invites and registration will be open soon for existing members to attend the event.
